where do you think is the best location for a studio? any suggestions?

I do all of my stuff at home, but I don't have an isolation booth so that is limiting... But the price is right.

I think if you needed an isolated room, suburban industrial areas are sometimes good but security may be an issue too.

I'm curious about what others think.

Yea if you are going to be serious about your studio, find a place which is not near residential areas. It's best to be in a standalone building if possible. Noise complaints can ruin your business, it's well worth taking extra time to pick a suitable location for it.
Whether you think you can, or you think you can't....you're probably right

right downtown of any major city I'd even offer specials called like off da streets or sumptin charge people like 5 bucks and they can come in n record a single haha they get 20 mins to a random beat. i think that would sell
