i can't set the fade in and out off.. it remains on.. besides this everything works perfect so thanks admin!

That's strange, do you mean that it doesn't save properly or your can't click on "Off"?

i click on OFF, but the dot remains on ON.

Try clicking on OFF a few times quick fast, i'm not really sure why but it gets stuck on ON. I have had this problem on a few websites, I think new browsers have a bug which struggles with radio buttons. Try that and if it still doesn't work let me know.
