According to my paypal, payment for my monthly fee went out, but my account has been downgraded and my beats are missing. I should get a free month out of this, since I'm loosing out on potential sells, what's good??

Hi Sparkz, I am very sorry that your account has been downgraded, but on the day that you made payment, our servers were experiencing high load and the notification from PayPal wasn't sent correctly. Your account has now been put back to normal and your payment processed. Again I apologise for any inconvenience caused.
