Ok so, I saw a post about this at the top of the forum, and followed the instructions completely and they didn't work. My beats still wont play. What I dont understand, is that, I formatted 11 beats identically. Yet, for some reason beat 1 works, but none of the rest do. Help?

I am having the exact same problem you are having. All my beats are the same size, same format, etc. but only my first beat that I uploaded will play. I uploaded 11 more beats multiple times but they will not play. However, the voice tag will play.

I e-mailed the company about this but they only directed me to read your forum... Because this is happening to several people, it is obviously an issue with the website. I will continue trying (even though I've tried many times the past two days) and if I get it to work, I'll let you know what I did differently. Will you please tell me if you get yours to work??

This is disappointing considering I've already paid for this service.

If anyone else reading this has had this problem, please let us know what was done to resolve it.

rightbeatproductions you haven't paid for any service yet, you only joined yesterday so you are still on your free trial.

The problem you are having is because of the iTunes album artwork that is attached to your mp3's, make sure you remove the artwork using iTunes then upload them again.

Also your server down grades the quality of my tracks over 224kbps :'(

The server does not downgrade the quality of the mp3's - it makes a carbon copy of what is on your computer and puts it on the server. If you having issues with playback sound quality, make sure all your beats have a 44.1kHz sample rate. When you upload 48kHz, this causes issues.

rightbeatproductions - I have now fixed this issue. You can now upload beats with or without album art and it works perfectly. I'm sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused you.
