If I refresh the page and press play on a beat, the tag won't play on that beat. However, it will play on the next beat the I click on. What's up?

Your tag plays fine on the first play, maybe you just need to give the tag a little time to download and start playing.
Whether you think you can, or you think you can't....you're probably right
