I USUALLY EMAIL MY OWN CONTRACTS WITH BEATS I SELL BUT I WAS JUST THINKING OT WOULD BE COOL IF I COULD UPLOAD MY CONTRACT, THE SAME WAY I UPLOADED MY VOICETAG AND HAVE IT SO WHEN A CUSTOMER COPS A BEAT, MY CONTRACT WILL BE INCLUCDED WITH THE BEAT THEY BROUGHT.,
But how do you guatantee that they will sign the contract after they have already purchased the beat??? Am I missing something here? If I sell a beat online how do I ensure that before the customer commits to buying he or she has to sign a terms of service agreement? Is there going to be a window that pops up and says something like click agree before proceeding to paypal?

Are you serious??? Some artist has just paid $500 for a beat, you think they wouldn't sign the contract? And what does it matter to you if they do or not? Come on dude....
before you take the opportunity to try and make a fool out of somebody lets assume that they are not paying 500 for a beat. lets say that it is a lease for a considerably lower fee. And lets also consider that this lease is set up so that I can sell the same beat to as many people as i desire in any time frame (10 minutes, next week...) Do you think someone is gonna sign a contract after they just spent a small fee of 75 dollars for a track for their mixtape or demo...if i am wrong let me know minus all the wreckless talking.
