My name is Timesha and I am a part of Ready Writerz Music Production.

I am new to the site, but so far I have enjoyed the setup and the options to choose from to sell beats. I just feel that there is one thing missing and that is a contract. I'm not sure that an option like this exist already and I just don't know how to access it, but I haven't found it so far.

I know some people want to have a contract with the purchaser and instead of having to manually send a contract and hoping that the purchaser responds, an option should be available to add a contract to the page or player using a "Click Here" style box which includes the terms of the sellers contract stated.

Possible setups:

PRIOR to clicking "Buy Now", you have to click a box (possibly attached to the player) confirming that you have read, understand, and agree to the terms of leasing/exclusive rights (Kind of like signing it), or

AFTER clicking "Buy Now", a page pops up that outlines the leasing/exclusive rights and you have to click a box confirming that you have read, understand, and agree to the terms in order to proceed to pay pal.

I think this would eliminate the hassle of having to manually send emails and hoping that the purchasers respond. I have read that some people don't even do contracts and if that works for you and you are content great, but I hope no one has had to regret that or will ever regret it, but I know our team doesn't want to be and that is an option we would love to have available.

I hope I was clear enough with my idea and hope to see it implemented.

First of...Welcome to the site Timesha.

That's a great idea. I've been thinking of how I could do this on my site. But it will be even better if it's added on the player.

i have a note under my player saying on purchase you agree to Londiniums terms and conditions. and that links to my terms and conditions. but a conformation of reading check box and an auto e-mail conformation to the client of terms n conditions would be QUALITY! plz do this.
